Endeavor College of Independent Scientology — Effective Date: January 1st, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to the Endeavor College of Independent Scientology ("College," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling as a member, purchasing services, or accessing our platform and resources, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Refund Policy and Community Standards outlined herein.
This Agreement governs your relationship with the Endeavor College of Independent Scientology and its affiliated entity, the Advanced Organization of the Great Plains (AOGP). Please read this document carefully. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Definitions
"Services" means all auditing, training, courses, consultations, case supervision, ethics assistance, word clearing, and any other spiritual counseling or educational services provided by the College and AOGP.
"Member" means any individual who has enrolled in the Endeavor College of Independent Scientology by paying membership fees or registering for an account.
"Pre-Clear" or "PC" means a client receiving auditing services.
"Bridge" refers to the spiritual pathway and progression of training and auditing services in Independent Scientology.
"Platform" means the College's website, online learning management system, member portal, and any associated digital services.
2. Membership Terms
2.1 Membership Enrollment
Membership in the Endeavor College of Independent Scientology provides access to our platform, community resources, courses, and member benefits. Membership is granted upon payment of applicable membership fees and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Non-Refundable Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Membership fees provide ongoing access to the College platform, community features, and member resources. Once membership is activated, no refunds will be issued for membership fees, regardless of usage or circumstances.
2.3 Membership Duration and Renewal
Memberships may be offered on monthly, annual, or lifetime terms. Members will be notified prior to automatic renewal of subscription-based memberships. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
2.4 Membership Privileges
Members in good standing have access to the College platform, eligible courses, community forums, member events, and priority scheduling for services. Membership privileges may be suspended or revoked for violations of these Terms or Community Standards.
3. Services and Payment Terms
3.1 Service Selection and Scheduling
Members may purchase auditing services, training intensives, courses, and other services offered by the College and AOGP. All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Members are responsible for being present and punctual for scheduled sessions.
3.2 Prepayment Requirement
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing by the College. Payment plans may be available at the discretion of the College administration.
3.3 Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing a scheduled session without notification may result in forfeiture of that session hour with no credit or refund.
4. Refund Policy
The College and AOGP are committed to fairness and integrity in all refund matters.
4.1 Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and require a minimum 30-day notice prior to the intended cancellation of services. The 30-day notice period begins on the date the written request is received. After the 30-day period, if eligible, the refund will be processed after 90 business days have elapsed.
4.2 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered for unused portions of auditing services that have been paid in advance. The Member must not have violated the Code of Conduct or Community Standards. The Member must not have engaged in the use of any psychiatric drugs, recreational drugs, marijuana, opioids, or street drugs after payment was made. Any such use is considered a terminable offense and will immediately void any eligibility for a refund.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: Membership fees, Courses (once enrolled), Delivered auditing hours, Case supervision, Ethics assistance and consultations, Word clearing services, Processing fees, Meter deposits and meter costs, and Custom materials.
4.4 Credit for Unused Hours
Unused auditing hours may be held in credit for future services at the discretion of the College and AOGP. Credits are transferable only with written approval from College administration.
4.5 Final Refund Determination
All refund determinations are subject to review by the AOGP Refund Review Committee. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and alignment with the integrity of Independent Scientology services. The Refund Committee's decision is final.
4.6 Axiom AI and Technical Products
Axiom AI is a full-access AI agent acting as a service that requires a one-time payment for lifetime membership access. Upon purchase, Members receive complete and unlimited access to the Axiom AI platform and all associated features.
All Axiom AI membership payments are completely non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is processed and access is granted, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or technical issues.
To ensure Members can effectively utilize Axiom AI and maximize the value of their investment, the College provides comprehensive support including:
- Technical Support: Assistance with platform access, navigation, features, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Coaching and Training: Personalized guidance on how to use Axiom AI effectively for spiritual progress and personal development.
- Spiritual Guidance: Integration support to align Axiom AI usage with your Bridge progress and spiritual goals.
- Ongoing Updates: Access to platform improvements, new features, and technological enhancements as they become available.
Members are encouraged to utilize these support services to ensure they understand and can effectively operate Axiom AI. Support requests should be submitted through the designated support channels provided upon enrollment.
This non-refundable policy applies to all technical products offered by the College, including but not limited to Axiom AI, software subscriptions, digital tools, and technology-based services.
5. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- ◆Be present, punctual, and prepared for all scheduled sessions and appointments.
- ◆Uphold the Auditor's Code during sessions and refrain from hostile, suppressive, or disrespectful behavior.
- ◆Remain committed to personal spiritual growth, full spiritual responsibility, and mutual respect.
- ◆Communicate openly and honestly with College and AOGP staff if concerns arise.
- ◆Maintain good financial standing for all services rendered or planned.
- ◆Comply with all Community Standards and ethical policies outlined in this Agreement.
- ◆Avoid drug use to ensure sessionability and the probability of obtaining results.
6. Community Standards
The Endeavor College of Independent Scientology is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and ethical community.
6.1 Respect and Dignity
Members must treat all other members, staff, instructors, and the public with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Harassment, bullying, discriminatory behavior, or hostile communication will not be tolerated.
6.2 Ethical Conduct
Members commit to maintain high ethical standards including honesty, integrity, personal responsibility, and respect for the spiritual journey of others.
6.3 No Suppressive or Destructive Behavior
Members must not engage in suppressive acts, including spreading false information, disrupting services, sabotaging spiritual progress of others, or undermining the mission and integrity of the College.
6.4 Substance-Free Environment
Members must refrain from the use of psychiatric drugs, recreational drugs, marijuana, opioids, or street drugs while enrolled in services. Use of such substances is incompatible with spiritual auditing and training and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6.5 Confidentiality and Privacy
Members must respect the confidentiality and privacy of all fellow members, staff, and the organization. Case information, session details, and personal information shared within the community must remain confidential.
6.6 Platform Conduct
When using the College platform, members must use it responsibly, refrain from posting offensive content, respect intellectual property rights, and report concerns to administration promptly.
6.7 Consequences of Violations
Violations of Community Standards may result in warnings, suspension of membership privileges, termination of membership, denial of services, or other appropriate actions. Serious violations may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Members agree that they shall not, at any time—during or after their association with the College or AOGP—disclose, copy, reproduce, or share (verbally, digitally, or otherwise) any of the following without prior written consent:
- ◆Client records, session notes, or case information.
- ◆Internal training materials, session procedures, scripts, recordings, or writings.
- ◆Proprietary processes, documents, or spiritual techniques.
- ◆Organizational structure, pricing models, or communication methods.
- ◆Internal communications or discussions involving staff, students, or members.
8. Non-Compete Agreement
Members agree that for the duration of their association with the College and AOGP, and for a period of one (1) year following the conclusion of said association (unless otherwise released in writing), they shall not:
- ◆Establish or work with a competing organization that provides similar services within a 100-mile radius (if in-person) or via online channels.
- ◆Solicit or recruit College or AOGP clients, staff, or members for any similar service or offer.
- ◆Use the College's or AOGP's materials, reputation, or relationships to create a competing program, service, course, or platform.
9. Ethics and Safety Policies
- ◆No Fair Game Tactics: The College and AOGP do not use or enforce Fair Game policy tactics.
- ◆Strict Confidentiality: All session information, case data, and personal communications are maintained in strict confidence.
- ◆No Third-Party Influence: No third-party influence will affect a member's case progress, access, or standing.
- ◆No Retaliation: Retaliation or suppression by staff or members will not be tolerated.
- ◆Member Rights: Members have the right to submit Knowledge Reports, request a Session Review, or call an independent review board if ethical breaches are perceived. AOGP has 30 days to respond.
10. Our Promise and Commitment
The Endeavor College of Independent Scientology and AOGP are committed to:
- ◆Delivering 100% standard technology in alignment with L. Ron Hubbard's original works.
- ◆Honoring your spiritual freedom, privacy, and personal ethics.
- ◆Providing a safe, neutral, and judgment-free environment for spiritual growth.
- ◆Assisting you to move up and complete your Bridge, so long as you remain committed and in good ethical standing.
- ◆Addressing all complaints or concerns with integrity, compassion, and due diligence.
We understand the Bridge as a sacred contract between Being and Source—and we honor that contract through every service we provide.
11. Bridge Completion Assurance
We assert and commit to you that every member who remains in good ethical standing and continues their progress with us will be able to move up and complete their Bridge. If you stay the course, we will walk it with you—no matter how long it takes.
12. Limitation of Liability
The College and AOGP provide spiritual counseling and training services. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, time frames or results. Members acknowledge that spiritual progress is a personal journey that requires individual commitment, time and responsibility. The College and AOGP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
13. Breach and Remedies
Violation of this Agreement constitutes grounds for:
- ◆Immediate termination of services or membership.
- ◆Revocation of access to all proprietary content, platforms, and resources.
- ◆Potential legal remedies, including injunction and damages, as permitted by law.
14. Modifications to Terms
The College reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. No Modification Unless in Writing
No modification of this Agreement between individual members and the College shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Missouri.
17. Good Faith Clause
This Agreement is not intended to restrict free expression or spiritual growth, but to preserve the sanctity, privacy, and mission of the Endeavor College of Independent Scientology, AOGP, and its members. All parties enter this Agreement in good faith, with mutual respect for the ethical principles of transparency, honor, and spiritual trust.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member and the Endeavor College of Independent Scientology/AOGP and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
19. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
